>If any foreign national of above stated category arrives without obtaining prior approval at Port Blair would be sent back by the same flight by concerned airlines on instruction from Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Port Blair.

>The prior approval Restricted Area Permit can also be obtained from the Indian Missions overseas and also from the foreigners Registration offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata and from the Immigration Authorities at the Airports of New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

>All other categories of Indian visa holders are eligible for RAP issuance on arrival at Port Blair airport

• The ferries operate from Port Blair to Havelock and Neil from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
• From Havelock and Neil to Port Blair the ferries operate from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
